PSF is capable of design and fabrication drawings if the engineering staff is given performance data.  We do not design for processes or systems.  We design to ASME, NBIC, API and AWWA.  We do not perform engineering as a standalone service.

The largest product fabricated complete in our shop and shipped by barge to our customer in Blaine, Washington was a 23' I.D. by 107'-1" OAH weighing 335,745 lbs Vacuum Tower.

PSF Industries offers management, supervision and manpower to erect original equipment manufacture supplied equipment  as well as equipment fabricated by our Seattle shop.  We also perform shutdown and maintenance work on a move-in, move-out basis, putting your equipment back on-line with minimal down time.  Management and supervision work with our clients in planning and scheduling on a critical path procedure to ensure customer requirements are achieved.

PSF Industries, Inc. brings its engineering, fabrication and field construction capabilities together to perform custom "Fab and Erect projects, taking Sole Source Responsibility for each step in delivering large process equipment.  We assume control of and risk for the costs and schedule of design and engineering development, material, purchasing, shop fabrication, transportation, and field assembly and erection including managing subcontractor work such as crane service and critical lift planning.  This approach often results in achieving cost savings over traditionally planned field erection from "knocked down" shop fabricated piece, often dependent on separate suppliers and contractors with different agendas being coordinated by the customer.
